| A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away a man bought a sniper rifle from a trader on Nar Shadaar (Hutt planet). This character was a bounty hunter and features in other posts I've made. Well he was happy with his purchase, which at the time was described as 'a sniper rifle'. Anyway he went about his nasty business for months without any problem.
A while passed and on a particularly nasty job he decided to pull out his old handy sniper rifle to take out a rival bounty hunter (or some other particularly nasty villain). I made a hide roll and clambered into a bit of ruined building. I was lining up my shot when all the bad guys started shooting at me. I was a bit bemused and asked the GM how they'd seen me. It was then that he added to my sniper rifle's description.
He told me it was an arctic camo rifle and the bright white of the barrel had been spotted by the bad guys! I guess my highly trained bounty hunter just hadn't noticed that the weapon he'd had for so long was bloody bright white! Obviously I was rather miffed and took great pleasure in killing a load of bad guys.
Personal Rule: now whenever I play in that person's games (and you know who you are) I ask for full descriptions of anything my characters buy, or specify colours for all things. |

if only I had been the proud owner of the 1st rainbow coloured lightsaber

yeah it was a very cool game mate, it was the best star wars roleplay game i have been in so well done to you. 
i think its safe to say that all playes have a lot of very fond memories of that campain.
p.s. my Draksaber was cool |
